Genius Sports Raises 2026 Outlook After Strong Third-Quarter Performance

Genius Sports has raised its full-year 2026 financial outlook after delivering third-quarter results above its previous guidance. Group revenue reached $269.9 million, representing year-on-year growth of 62.3%, while adjusted EBITDA increased to $87.1 million from $34.0 million in the same period last year.

The company also reported its first quarter of positive operating income, at approximately $10.4 million. Net loss narrowed to $15.7 million, compared with $28.8 million a year earlier, while free cash flow reached $53.6 million for the quarter.

Following the results, Genius Sports increased its 2026 revenue guidance to a range of $1.015 billion to $1.035 billion. Its adjusted EBITDA outlook was raised to between $287 million and $297 million. The company said it expects to finish the year with approximately $260 million in cash.

The quarter reflected growth across both major operating areas. Betting technology, content and services revenue rose 33.4% to $153.0 million, while media technology, content and services revenue increased 126.4% to $116.9 million, with the latter benefiting primarily from the Legend acquisition.

Genius Sports also highlighted its expansion into prediction markets, including partnerships with Kalshi and Polymarket for content, integrity services and marketing solutions. The results underline the company’s growing position across sports data, betting technology and media, although year-to-date net loss remained higher than the prior-year period.
