Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has reported another strong quarter, with revenue increasing 39% year-on-year to $385.9 million for the three months ended September 30, 2026. The online casino and sports betting operator also recorded significant growth in profitability and customer activity across its markets.
Net income rose 93% to $28.7 million, compared with $14.8 million in the third quarter of 2025. Adjusted EBITDA increased 73% to $62.2 million, demonstrating continued operating leverage as the company expanded its business.
Customer activity reaches new highs
RSI reported 907,881 monthly active users during the quarter, up 42% year-on-year and a new quarterly record. North American monthly active users increased 34% to 300,572, while Latin America, including Mexico, grew 46% to 607,308.
Average revenue per monthly active user was $309 in North America and $58 in Latin America. The figures show the different market dynamics across the company’s operating regions, while highlighting Latin America as an important source of customer growth.
Online casino remains a key earnings driver
Chief Executive Officer Richard Schwartz said online casino continued to be the engine of the company’s profitability. He also pointed to strong Latin American growth and the opportunity represented by the company’s newer Alberta market, where RSI had been operating for more than three months at the time of the results announcement.
The company reiterated its full-year 2026 guidance, forecasting revenue of between $1.56 billion and $1.60 billion. That range represents expected year-on-year growth of 38% to 41%. RSI also maintained its adjusted EBITDA outlook.
The third-quarter performance gives the operator a strong platform heading into the final months of the year. Investors will now be watching whether RSI can maintain its pace of customer acquisition while preserving marketing efficiency and profitability.
