Rush Street Interactive Reports 39% Revenue Growth as North American iGaming Reaches New User Record

The BetRivers operator delivered another strong quarterly performance, with revenue approaching $386 million and adjusted EBITDA rising 73% year over year.

Rush Street Interactive (RSI) has reported a strong third-quarter performance for 2026, highlighting continued growth across its online casino and sports betting operations in North and Latin America.

The company generated $385.9 million in quarterly revenue, representing a 39% increase compared with the same period last year.

Net income reached $28.7 million, up 93% year over year, while adjusted EBITDA increased 73% to $62.2 million.

The results underline the growing scale of RSI’s business and provide another indication of the commercial opportunities available to operators with established digital platforms and access to regulated markets.

User growth remains a major driver

One of the most notable figures in the report was the company’s monthly active user count.

RSI recorded 907,881 monthly active users during the third quarter, an increase of 42% compared with Q3 2025.

North America accounted for 300,572 monthly active users, up 34% year over year. Latin America, including Mexico, recorded 607,308 monthly active users, representing a 46% increase.

The figures show that RSI’s growth is not limited to a single geographic market.

Its Latin American operations currently represent a particularly important part of its user base, while North America remains a key market for monetisation and long-term expansion.

Online casino continues to support profitability

RSI CEO Richard Schwartz highlighted online casino as the main engine of the company’s profitability.

This is an important point for the wider iGaming industry.

Although sports betting often attracts significant attention through major sporting events and customer acquisition campaigns, online casino can provide operators with a more consistent source of engagement and revenue.

RSI’s latest results suggest that its business model continues to benefit from a combination of customer growth, product diversification and operating scale.

Adjusted EBITDA increased considerably faster than revenue, indicating improved operating leverage during the quarter.

Alberta adds another growth opportunity

The company also discussed its operations in Alberta, Canada, where it had been active for more than three months at the time of the earnings announcement.

Management described the market’s development as gradual but expressed confidence in its longer-term potential.

For operators, newly opened or liberalised markets often require time to build brand awareness, acquire customers and establish sustainable marketing economics.

Alberta therefore represents an additional opportunity, although its contribution should be assessed over a longer period rather than judged solely on early launch performance.

Full-year outlook remains unchanged

Despite the strong quarterly figures, RSI maintained its existing financial guidance for the full year.

The company expects 2026 revenue to reach between $1.56 billion and $1.60 billion, representing projected annual growth of 38% to 41%.

Adjusted EBITDA is forecast to fall within a range of $245 million to $265 million.

Maintaining its guidance suggests that management remains confident in its current outlook while recognising the competitive and regulatory dynamics affecting the markets in which it operates.

What the results tell us about the iGaming market

RSI’s performance offers an interesting snapshot of the industry’s current direction.

Operators are increasingly focused on combining customer growth with stronger profitability, rather than pursuing expansion at any cost.

The significant increase in active users, alongside faster growth in adjusted EBITDA, suggests that scale and operational efficiency are becoming increasingly important competitive advantages.

For the wider market, RSI’s results reinforce the importance of Latin America and North America as major growth regions for online gambling companies.

The next challenge will be sustaining this momentum while managing acquisition costs, regulatory changes and competition across multiple jurisdictions.
