International Entertainment Corporation (IEC) is preparing to launch its LaVie Resort & Casino Manila online gaming brand in the Philippines, with the commercial debut expected in mid-to-late November 2026.
The launch represents the second phase of the company’s iGaming operations and marks a shift towards a self-operated business model.
Unlike its earlier rollout, which involved collaboration with other Philippine iGaming operators, IEC intends to own and manage the LaVie platform directly, taking responsibility for its software, technology, development and ongoing operations.
Live Baccarat Games Among the Planned Offering
The initial gaming portfolio is expected to include live table games, with Commission Baccarat, Super 6 Baccarat and Tiger Baccarat specifically identified by the company.
The games will be hosted in a designated area established under the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) framework. Players will be able to participate alongside remote players through the platform.
IEC’s approach places live casino content at the centre of the new offering, while establishing a technology infrastructure that the company can manage directly.
Compliance and Technology Integration
The company has stated that its online gaming platform is undergoing integration, final testing and evaluation ahead of launch.
Where applicable, games offered under the second phase of the business will be certified by Gaming Laboratories International (GLI) or another registered testing service.
IEC will also take responsibility for key operational and compliance functions, including know-your-customer procedures, anti-money laundering controls, financial reporting and technical support.
Its subsidiary, New Coast Leisure, will oversee bookmaking activities associated with the online gaming business.
A More Direct Role in the Philippine iGaming Market
The LaVie launch is an important development in IEC’s strategy to establish a more direct presence in the country’s online gaming sector.
By controlling its own platform and technology, the company aims to build operational capabilities and explore further cooperation opportunities with other market participants.
The expected November launch will be an important milestone for IEC as it moves from a partnership-based initial phase towards a more independent iGaming operation.
